I can't thank Gagan and Karan enough for being lifesavers. A few months ago, we bought our first property, and our broker wrongly told us that our loan was unconditionally approved. Not knowing the process, we paid a 10% deposit of $60,000 and made our contract unconditional.

We kept asking for the loan documents, but they were never provided. Finally, just one week before the settlement, our broker told us the loan was never approved. We were at risk of losing our life savings of $60,000 if we couldn't get the loan approved.
